5 Reviews of the Ozone 6

A big shout to Outdoor Revolution. We purchased 1 of their Oxygen Ozone 6.0 Tents last year. Pleased with the Tent we filled in the 'lifetime air tube' Warranty Card and registered it with them. We used the tent last year in a 9 night holiday. The tent was amazing, no problems, the weather was very mixed, Sun, Heavy Rain, Strong Gusty Winds. The tent stood up well to what was thrown at it. Then last Friday we received an email offering a 'Free Air Tube Replacement' under our Lifetime Warranty. We duly replied and applied, within 5 days we have received a complete replacement set of every air tube in our tent at not 1p cost to us. I have yet to change the tubes but do not envisage any problems, there is even a video posted on 'YouTube' showing how to do it. I find this an outstanding credit to Outdoor Revolution. I still don't know as yet what the problem with the original 'air tubes' was. If any of your Members have an Outdoor Revolution Tent I suggest they contact O.R. To get their replacement tubes. Providing they returned their Warranty Card. Great Tent, Great Service.

Great all round performance. Have purchased the canopy to add on, small foootprint tho at only 1mtr deep, however it does 'finish' the tent and makes an excellent rain canopy. Only used Once so far, 9 nights straight, perfect during a very windy and torrential rainy night and day. My only gripe is the open bottom on the doors, will get some 'velcro' to sort that tho. Otherwise excellent spec for the money. Air tubes feel very strong, very easy to pump up and the inbuilt pressure relief valve ensures correct pressure at all times, use the pump again as a vacuum pump to ensure all the air is out of the tubes before packing away makes the job easier. Ripstop addition to the tent material can only be a benefit, tinted windows and fully curtained make it very cosy, dark bedroom material great for sleeping. I am 6'2' tall and still plenty of headroom. I would wholeheartedly recommend this tent, if you are looking for an inflatable, checkout the spec and prices, you wont be disappointed.

After our trusted old Sunncamp Evolution started to fall apart this year (after many) at the Isle of Man, we decided to give our bank account a good kicking and invest in an Airbeam tent.
On a windy Saturday afternoon in June we ended up at Winfields, Garforth and were very impressed with how little the airbeam display tents were moving compared to the pole tents! We instantly fell in love with the Oxygen Ozone 6.0 and ended up walking out with one £899 later, and thats where the troubles began.
Pro's
Great looking tent
Feels like quality material
Easy to put up
Cons
Doors not sealed at bottom resulting in every creepy
Crawly and its dog getting in and a tornado blowing
Through the tent.
POOR stitching/seams
Faulty airbeams
Leaked badly
Poor customer service from Outdoor Revolution
Bedroom inner material VERY flimsy
Very excited with our new purchase we took it for a long weekend at the beginning of July to give it a trial run.
Me and the missus had it up in 10 mins and the kettle on in the hour.Brilliant! what more could you want!
Then came a chilly rainy night, so out came the heater which has always kept us toasty in our old tent but was absolutely useless in this one with the draft blowing through the bottom of the doors!
The next morning we woke up to puddles in the front of the tent and at the bottom of the airbeams. And yes things did get worse!
That afternoon the front beam partly deflated itself and started to sag so we blew it back up, 20 mins later we heard a loud bang and found that the airbeam had ripped the casing on the inside of the tent and burst out, not good!.Time to pack up and go straight back to Winfields.
The staff at Winfields were brilliant, we explained what had happened and that we needed a tent for the following weekend BUT definitely did not want a replacement Oxygen Ozone! We decided to go for the Vango Evoque 600 (which is fantastic ) and Lindsey at Winfields was very helpful and arranged for one to be delivered to store for us to pick up, but Outdoor revolution would not refund Winfields for the tent and at first suggested that it be repaired, then wanted to collect it so they could inspect it.
After loads of emails and phone calls they eventually agreed to refund Winfields and we could then collect the Vango Evoque :-)
Many thanks to Lindsey at Winfields Garforth for sorting it all out.

Great tent that gets a lot of attention. I have the canopy, groundsheet, carpet (which fits!) and the matching windbreak (again is excellent)
Been away 3 times now ( family of 4) and find it easy to pitch as long as you keep it in line down the sides and rear end and don't tighten the guy lines to hard as we found it can bow the front and rear beams. This is just down to user experience.
The open door bottoms are a little dis heartening, but if its pitched correctly I found I could get all 3 doors tight enough to be able to apply some sticky back Velcro and now no more air gaps!
The colour and double ripstop 150d material is the best out there imo. Its very strong and stable, no leaks at all (6000hh) and is so roomy, its very high inside.
It has the biggest air tube on the market to which will deflate by its self if over inflated.
We love the tinted windows and when fully curtained up, a friend said he couldn't see anything at night from outside even with the lights on, which is down to the material. The bedrooms are a great size, double in one for the kids and we have a queen size which we can walk around one side and the bottom of.
The only issue weve found as newbies is how big it is inside and ended up buying a lot of unnecessary items just to try and fill it!
Overall we love it, takes some getting used to but the benefits of it shine through once lived in. Solid as a rock looks great with the much needed zip on canopy!Very good value tent.
